The Background

All of us have good ideas. Often great ideas. But, an idea is not enough.

If you've ever tried to turn those ideas into a reality you know that the idea is only a small part of the challenge. You need focus and determination over time to turn that idea into a reality and then onto a success.

The Idea

Think about a time when you've maintained the focus and determination to see a project thru to the end. Was it easy? What did it take? In many cases, factors such as keeping a job, earning a salary and meeting deadlines act to keep us on track to see the ideas of others turned into a reality. But when it comes to our own ideas, it becomes easy to loose focus and determination because there is no job to loose, immediate money to gain or deadline to miss.

The purpose of our community is to bring together a group of people who want to see their business ideas turn into something real, a success. By collaborating with friends and peers and writing about our successes and failures at each step of the way, we can create a means to help us keep our focus and determination over time.

The Challenge

Step 1:
Take your idea and decide that you'll apply the focus and determination needed of you to see it thru to a reality and then on to a success.

Step 2:
Begin writing about your idea and the experiences along the way to success. Learn how others in the community are tackling their own challenges and collaborate with them. They in turn then collaborate with you.

Step 3:
Take time regularly to post to your blog your successes and failures; your goals and measurements; and your progress along the way. Discuss in the forums, topics such as staying motivated, technologies, marketing...

Step 4:
Watch as your idea turns into a reality and then on to a success.
